Aleksandra and her team at Aleksandra & Co, assisted me with the purchase of my Melbourne investment property.
Having used a buying agent for my Perth primary residence, I was very familiar with the advantages buying agents offer.
I expected Aleksandra to find me the 'diamonds in the rough' that only those within the networks can locate, I expected the properties to be inspected thoroughly with detailed condition reporting and diligence.
I even expected that her team would handle the negotiations on my behalf, ensuring a fair price was achieved. All of these expectations were certainly met, even exceeded; however, I feel the need to highlight just how far above and beyond Aleksandra and her team truly go in their pursuit.

Being someone who values hard work, especially if it is to my benefit, Aleksandra appears to work around the clock in a way that makes you feel like she has only your needs on the daily agenda.
In my case, that was emphasized when she battled for a post-negotiation discount, damaging her relationships with selling agents, in the pursuit of what was solely in my own interest. The deal had been done, job finished; however, she took more time in the eleventh hour to fight for me, her client.

After settlement, I thanked Aleksandra for her incredible devoted work, expecting this to become our last chat—I was wrong; Aleksandra remained alongside me from settlement through the rental phase and first tenant.
She interviewed agents and offered recommendations; she organized multiple contractors to quote suggested works required prior to the house becoming a rental. She negotiated discounts with each contractor and ensured that the tasks would be completed timely to minimize lost rental opportunities.

Having selected Aleksandra for my purchase, I've felt comfortable despite not traveling from Perth to Melbourne to view the property. I also feel confident about the completed works and the agents now looking after my investment.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better buyer's agent than Aleksandra. As first home buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but she made the whole process so much less stressful.
